Anniversary Flea marketing trip

Today is me and Josh's 7 year wedding anniversary and we had 4 days to celebrate which doesn't ever happen..

On Saturday we went to flea market at some of my favorite places and I picked up some fun stuff for my shop and Josh bought me a couple of things.

Flea market 1. Was one I haven't been to in a few years
I saw some neat things in the cases a vintage mermaid bobber and lure I wish I had taken a picture

First up a Vintage Rainbow Brite Sprite plush in rough shape

( sorry about the picture ) I usually don't buy cabbage patch stuff Im really not a fan even though as a kid I had one I loved she is still in my closet at my parents house
I went ahead and bought this guy he is kind of weird and creepy looking.
a close up of his face...he looks like he is in the cast of CATS
I found a bag of Teddy Ruxpin books and I plan on adding a couple of them to my Teddy Ruxpin listing as a bonus for whoever buys him.
I saw this guy and my heart melted I have spotted him online a few times and thought about buying him but never did..So Josh got me this sweet guy :)

At flea market number 2 I didn't find that much I haven't been in awhile but they had the same old stuff...
I grabbed up this battery operated puppy Ill probably put it in Merrills store
Next I found this sweet pose doll for only 1.00 what a deal :)
I was unsure about this guy but went ahead and got him who can resist a panda?!?!
Flea market 3 I found next to nothing just this book which turns out is a reprint so I cant list it.
and a she-ra doll she is like an action figure for girls made in the 80s

Flea market 4 my favorite flea market its the big one a huge upstairs and downstairs and it can take me up to 4 hours to look at everything I went pretty fast though because Josh was getting hungry

Josh spotted these for me and grabbed them up for my giant ever growing kewpie collection
This guy is in bad shape but I felt bad for him.....
A very large Pink elephant stuffed animal which Im pretty sure a old carnival prize.

Here are some pictures I took of things I found interesting inside the flea markets.

besides going to the flea markets we also went to Bass Pro which is Josh's favorite store.

After flea marketing we tried a new restaurant it was a hibachi and pretty good.

New post coming soon :)

    2. What great finds Vanessa. I love that teddy you saved and the dolly you got for 1.00 is a darling. I have sold one of the cabbage patch kitties myself. The one you have has the original outfit on and the Medallion around his neck too. That is a real plus!!! That is great you found those books for the Teddy Ruxpin!! You could always retake the pics and add them to the listing and boost the cost a bit too, You are going to have so much fun listing all your great loot!!!! :-)
